Acceptable use

• Break the law, or use BidBetter to defraud, mislead or harass anyone, including presenting a BidBetter estimate as a certified appraisal or as a guarantee of value.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract reports, comparable sales or other data, or use automated tools to run reports, except our official apps.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its output as a data feed, or use it to build a competing product.
• Share accounts or sign-in codes, or get around plan limits, fair-use limits or payment.
• Probe, attack, overload or interfere with the Service, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share, or personal information about others without a lawful basis.

Every plan has a monthly report limit shown before you buy: currently 3 free reports (5 once your email is verified), 1,000 reports on Pro and 5,000 on Dealer. Your plan is for normal individual or dealership use within that limit. If usage looks automated or far outside normal patterns, or if you try to get around a limit, we may slow, limit or ask about it before taking further action.

We may remove content, revoke share links, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report unlawful activity. To report misuse, email support@bidbetter.ai.
